1) DS: Typing this will delete the form attached to the provider 2) DF: Delete the unsused from ( this is the form which we just Deleted DS from the provider) this will completely remove the Encounter form 3) CF copy form . After typing CF it will first ask you about TK ( tool kit ) Enter Yes. Then pic specific form eg Pediatric Encounter , Then name it
