AGENDA<br />

The goals of this meeting are as follows<br />
<br />
1) Define the general scope and requirements of this project<br />
<br />
2) Determine the appropriate personnel to use from the various organizational groups. These persons will be responsible at the next meeting for a rough draft of their organizational group's needs regarding this project, and what resources their group will be providing to meet the needs of this project.<br />
<br />
3) Evaluate the current draft of the detailed document format and summary chart format to determine how they apply to this project. Modifications will be discussed, if necessary.<br />
<br />
