CTO stands for Continuity Text Objects.
This is an enhancement to TIU~ that allows for the automatic inclusion of text from a previous note of the same title into the current note. The basic concept is that text in a Progress Note has marker text stored in it, and an object is defined that uses that marker text to find the subsection of text in the previous version to bring forward into the current object.
