How do I add a new Institution in VistA ?

This came from: http://www.hardhats.org/projects/VistA_Install/Vista_Install.html step number 78.

If you are planning to use the VistA applications such as Registration, Scheduling etc. you need to add new Institution to the INSTITUTION File.

Go back to the VISTA> Prompt and "SET XUMF=1" then "D Q^DI". 
Select Option #1 and edit File #4. 
Edit the field STATION NUMBER. 
For Station Number, you must enter the same number as the Site Number when you initialized FileMan.
