Elsie Gagarin reported to the Hardhats Mailing List on May19, 2022 that when she attempted to run CPRS that Microsoft Defender presented this screen (edited for size)
Sam Habiel mentioned that CPRS is self-compiled with no code signing certificates used to sign it. If you know where you downloaded it from, you can override this error.
Roy Gaber mentioned that You should be able to select More Info and there is an option which allows you to authorize the app to run.
