What is FreeB ?

FreeB is the work of Fred Trotter, who is very committed to Open Source. To my knowledge, it has not been integrated into VistA Billing. I would be very surprised to find out that FreeB is not available for download. I don't have a copy, or know exactly where to get the most current version.
He has said, on the Hardhats mailing list at Wed, Aug 19, 2009 at 10:56 AM that: For now, the best billing available is the Clearhealth billing module. You can get it with any late version of ClearHealth. When I have time, I may roll it into a separate product again, and slap the FreeB trademark on it, but there has been little call for it so far.
